Maintenance is very responsive and effective in addressing issues. Kudos to Rafi and the team.
The office team at The Asher—Mursal, Tainau, Carmen, and steven —are always so friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to make us feel welcome. Rafi, the service supervisor from the maintenance team, is always quick to help and keeps everything running smoothly. We also love the amazing amenities here, like the gym, swimming pools, and rooftop area—they make living at The Asher even better. We’re really happy to call this place home. Thank you, Asher!
I’m really happy with the service here at The Asher. I reported an issue with my cabinets and the team (Rafi, Obaid, Margary, Frederic, and CK) got it fixed the very next day. They were quick, professional, and did a great job with the repair. Really appreciate how fast and efficient the maintenance team is!
I don’t usually leave reviews but after the experience I just had, I felt inclined to. I moved into the Asher yesterday and noticed a small mark on the carpet in my bedroom. I notified the leasing office and the maintenance team arrived an hour or so later to take a look. Rafi, Obaid and Morgan were incredible. They got rid of the mark the next day. Then came by a couple hours later to check in with me. I’ve never experienced this kind of attentiveness and I’m thankful for it. Thanks so much!
Romeo is absolutely the best! From the very first day, he went above and beyond to show me so many options and made sure I was truly happy with my choice. What impressed me most was his patience through every tour and how professional, kind, and attentive he was—his customer service is truly unmatched.
