This apartment complex is by far the best in Fremont. Everything here is as expected for the price you pay. Friendly workers, maintenance is responsive and safe feeling community since it is gated. They don't scam you out of your security deposit like The Beacon does! The Cons: - Was told we can split concessions between each month at the start of the lease. I recently toured The Asher in Fremont with Romeo as my tour guide, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Romeo was incredibly attentive and professional. He took the time to answer every single question we had, no matter how big or small. He never rushed us and made sure we felt completely comfortable throughout the entire tour. Let me start with this, Carmen was genuinely one of the best tour agent ever. This community did good putting her to tour apartment with potential residents. Romeo was so helpful during our tour of the Asher. He took the time to go through every detail and even extended the tour to show us other units we found interest in. We never felt rushed and are definitely interested in this location as a possible future residency.
