This building has been going downhill. Plumbing issues don’t get resolved, been wrestling with a shower that is either too hot or too cold for weeks, and maintenance has not been able to resolve this. The building is down to only one maintenance person, so I don’t blame him, it’s too much for one person. The building has enough money to hire more people.
