Our children were kept awake for hours, and the hotel staff did absolutely nothing to stop it. Calling this place a “hotel” is a joke — it’s more like a nightclub with beds. Nice amenities and pool, but NOT family friendly. Loud lobby music from 7pm–12am shook our room and kept us and the kids awake. That was not a fun experience
Just stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and got the bill back. We paid $500 a night for two night bill came back at $1500.... they added $500 in miscellaneous fees and taxes. So we ended up paying $750 a night for a 10 by 10 foot room with a view of a roof with hvac unit. Complete rip off.
