Went on a Sunday night before a play at Belk Theater. We had a reservation for 4:45pm and show started at 6:30pm. We were seated right away with water, but did not receive any other attention for 20 min. We then ordered our other drinks and dinner. I took 20 min. from then to get our drinks. Understaffed air conditioning not working food mediocre would not go back
Excellent brunch with great service and you can’t beat the vibes at the Dunhill - a true Charlotte institution! Great brunch!
I was not completely thrilled with the slow service or the food. However, considering its location within the historic Dunhill Hotel, the atmosphere is really soothing. The staff was friendly, perhaps it was just a slow or "off" day.
I am staying at the Dunhill Hotel and I ordered the Brisket burger, side salad, and friend green tomatoes. I literally ate EVERY SINGLE INCH of my food. It was absolutely devine. Like who eats the arugula garnish? Me, because it was delicious with whatever glaze they used.
