My husband and I just moved out of this apartment after buying our first house. We lived here for 3 years and it was perfect for everything we needed. The property manager moved up at the time of us leaving but the new manager Ashley is so easy going and nice to speak with. Anything we needed from new flooring due to it lifting or killing a wasp for you it was really a joy to live here. It is very affordable for the location, super close to LSU and a Walmart. Would choose this place all over again to live in during college.
Nice people employed here but very unprofessional. When issues about mold, pest, or any other inconvenience was brought to their attention, it was like pulling teeth to get them to act. My son became very Ill due to the neglected moldy unit they put us in. Not to mention the termite infestation. Even after complaining, next to nothing was done. Now I noticed how many comments say that they were over charged after vacating the premises, so if you plan on moving here, have a well polished loyar on deck.
