Ashley was extremely accommodating while she walked us through the process of touring and applying as she shared about the complex. She was very knowledgeable about the area and what life is like there. Looking forward to moving day.
After only being at this location and calling the headquarters for assistance, I do not know how these people are even human beings after the way they treat guests of only being there just a few days charging over $3000 and sending nasty note about throwing away Amazon packages that are not theirs. I suppose they would throw away mail which is a federal offense. I have never seen such evil people as this location. I have been living at the Art at Bluebonnet Place for about a month now. The leasing process was extremely fast & smooth! I did an application & was moved in within a week. Ashley was my leasing agent & tour guide & she was wonderful & so sweet. Very good prices for todays world. A very quiet complex. In a good area. I’ve had no problems or complaints! The entire process was super super easy !! Everything was so smooth , when moving in i would recommend ashley to help you with everything, she was super nice and answered all questions clearly. The apartment is renovated with very nice sleek fixtures the property is clean and they are always maintaining it clean ! its always quite and very safe at night ! i always go on late night walks and you feel very safe , there park and pool are very clean as well! definitely a safe space with renovated spacious apartments!!
