It was a disappointing experience I had in the salon Artists Room. I scheduled in the Montclair location, I arrived at the address listed in the website and I only find out in person that the salon had moved locations with the note in the door. Instead pay the 50% penalty for late cancel, I went in the new address to have a haircut with an ‘very experienced ‘: level 3 hairstylist, that did NOT listen about my request to cut my length . I left with my hair shorter than I expected and was upset as to why she didn’t listen to m... read more

First time coming to the salon! Cynthia did such a great job suggesting different styles and it came out so nicely. Affordable and great hospitality.
