I went to see Danielle last week for a QiQi treatment and OMG my hair is so smooth 🤩. I naturally have thick, curly hair and this treatment cut my styling time in HALF and has made my hair feel so smooth I can't stop touching it. I’ve been seeing Danielle, the owner, for a bit over 4 years now! When I first came to her in October of 2020, I was in the “growing pains” phase of growing out my pixie cut and salons were starting to open up with measures of precaution. I have been following Danielle for a few years now, she cut my hair when she was at her previous location, and I will continue now that she has her own salon. she always listens to what I want done, not only is she very social with her clients but she is always professional, and obviously she does really great work to follow her from the dracut location to haverhill

I had the worst experience at The Artist Loft Haverhill Ma by Danielle I came in for a full foil and blow dry. I did not received a blow dry but was still charged. I was expecting professional results, but what I got was a complete disaster. My hair was left patchy and damaged, nothing like what I had asked for. When I expressed my disappointment, instead of acknowledging their mistake, they only offered to “tone it down,” which did little to fix the damage.
