My boyfriend and I were staying a week in LA and happened to come across this great dispensary and lounge. Everyone was very professional And helpful/knowledgeable about their product’s. We enjoyed sitting in the lounge afterwards. Mateus was very nice and helpful on multiple occasions. We’ll definitely be back. Super cool spot.
I was greeted with a warm smile! Jackie gave me a lot of information on their products. They took me to what I was looking for and answered all my questions. Showed me how to get to the lounge and off I went. Thank you, Jackie!
I always! Have the best experience here at The Artist Tree in West Hollywood. The general manager Megan is an absolute gem! So kind and very professional. I don’t think any other cannabis dispensary could compare to this place. From management and on the sales team. They are all absolutely wonderful
Good deals onm top brands. Super friendly staff. Highly recommend the studio lounge on the second floor. The service is always quick, professional and friendly. The infused drinks are also very nice. Big shout out to all budtenders as well as Blake and the rest of the studio crew! You guys always get me and my people right!
Absolutely terrible experience. I purchased what I thought was a brand-new Dr. Dabber Switch, only to discover that the unit was completely dead on arrival and has never powered on. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of customer service afterward. When I contacted the store, I was told that the only option was to drive all the way back to West Hollywood from the Bay for an exchange, regardless of the fact that the product was defective from the start.
