A Hidden Gem!! I was so fortunate to have learned about the Artisan Kitchen from an associate of mine. After hearing all of the wonderful things about the Artisan Kitchen I had to have a look for myself. I went to their website where I was greeted by an overwhelming display of cakes, pasteries and other scrumptous goodies that truly remind one of a time gone by or perhaps that Sunday visit to grandmas that was filled with wonderful goodies and surprises. Better than Grandma's baking! Must haves: strawberry rhubarb pie, apricot almond scones, and harvest grains loaf. The pastry chef is always at their booth at the Rochester Farmers' Market, so knowledgable and friendly service is always available. The Artisan Kitchen's prices are a great value considering the quality. The only downfall is there is always a line, & I found they sold out of pies at 10:00am on July Fourth Weekend. Don't forget to pick up a bag of the homemade granola too!
