I live here, very clean and quiet. Management is excellent and willing to work with you to resolve any problems.
I would like to take a moment to recognize the maintenance technician at our complex (Bryan) he is always prompt in responding to requests and goes above and beyond to ensure issues are resolved efficiently. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail do not go unnoticed. I truly appreciate his reliability and positive attitude, and I wanted to make sure his efforts are acknowledged. Please note: this review is intended solely for Bryan in maintenance.
Lived at the Artisan for 2 years and the maintenance has always been speedy! Special thank you to Bryan who was quick to fix a couple things around the house. Very much appreciated.
I find that Ricky our leasing manager is very attentive to our needs in the complex. He is very responsive to the calls. Also, Bryon, who performs the maintenance in our apt. is extremely knowledgeable.
Brian, the maintenance person was effect in resolving my maintenance issue, friendly and welcoming. He know what to do and brought an easy feeling of comfort . Thank you
