I loved living here!! Robin was the best property manager; she was always very kind and responsive to any questions/concerns I had. She was also gracious enough to remind us when we may have accidentally forgotten a utility fee and provide us with a key (free of charge) when getting locked out. The property's landscaping was also gorgeous and the location is amazing. There's a gym within walking distance and a few food spots as well. I would love to live here again in the future!
Living here is a NIGHTMARE. Robin, the “manager”, is always so rude to me. These are terribly “rebuilt” apartments. Deep issues with construction, leaks have happened in the ceiling and the floor in multiple areas, with maintenance unwilling to handle it appropriately. So many neighbors have been moving out every month, and for good reason. “Emergency” maintenance line is unresponsive. This was a wonderful place to live! Nice neighbors, great staff and wonderful location. We lived there for a little over a year, leaving in November of 2019. I always meant to leave a review because Ronnie and Robin were always so great! Even our dog Scout was upset when we left.
