Overpriced. Nothing here i couldn’t get for half the price online. No wonder their closing stores left and right
Very nice setup and display, friendly and resourceful staff, that gave me enough details about everything they offer which sold me a future visit!
The one at the Americana in Glendale used to be amazing, great barbers, prompt service, it was my go to. Since it was closed I ve tried this location but the barbers are sub par, nowhere near the same quality and they are always canceling appointments or running late. I am moving on, I recommend you do to.
Single worst hair cut I've ever had. The woman cutting hair ran 45 minutes over the prior appointment. Once seated, had no idea how to properly shape a haircut, let alone trim a beard. I was told she was "very attentive to detail", what they didn't tell me was that she was attentive because she was still figuring out how to cut hair. The Art of Shaving in Glendale used to be a worthwhile stop for a known standard of quality.
