I pulled my mid back and woke up completely stiff. It has loosened up a bit as the day went on, but I could feel it tighten back up as I was working on clients and it was painful. Rocio was able to squeeze me in between appointments and give me an “express” session with acupuncture and cupping. My back feels so released! She’s so gentle and the room and her touch are so relaxing.
