Great experience for my first two visits. It’s therapeutic and she focuses each session on healing the source. Message with intention. Focus is whole body healing.
After learning how much healing and energy work I’ve invested in over the past decade, Sonia invited me to partake in her trauma informed somatic bodywork and I was one of the best healing gifts I’ve ever received. Sonia was awesome! I came in with pain in my left shoulder that I initially thought was just physical, likely from stress. Through our session, we were able to connect it to deeper emotional patterns I hadn’t realized I was holding onto. Her intuitive and supportive approach made me feel seen and helped me release both physical tension and emotional weight. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for more than just surface-level healing!
