I was hesitant to leave this review, but this is the second time I’ve had a similar experience, and after seeing other reviews echo the same sentiment, I feel it’s worth sharing. Elegant retail doesn’t excuse dismissive or condescending customer service. A simple question was met with a blunt response, followed by laughter from another staff, which felt unprofessional and unnecessary.
