The store drew my attention but the moment I entered with my family I got that weird look from one of the women in the billing area who just raised her eyebrows rambling something because of our colour. I came out smiling at her and will never visit the place ever again.

One day of my favourite shops in the area! Great brands with a wide variety. Good place to buy gifts as well as they have a lovely jewelry selection.
I’ve had multiple experiences visiting this downtown Cambridge store with friends who are people of colour, and it’s been upsetting to witness how differently they’re treated. While I was able to browse freely as a white woman, my friends were closely watched and followed by staff each time we visited. It created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere, to the point where they no longer feel comfortable going there.
