This place is just taking your money now. My sister and I have been patients for about 10 years and raved about it. Even got our husbands to start coming, but something’s off these days so we’ve all moved on from Dr A. Front desk service is repeatedly rude and dismissive over the phone. Overrated, expensive, questionable ethics.
Caring & supportive staff! Dr. Anderson is patient, supportive & knowledgeable in her field. I’m so glad to have her in the community.
Way too inconvenient. It took me months to get an appointment. I remember being told to fill out the new patient packet, but had, of course forgotten by the time the appointment came around. When I walked in I was told I would have to reschedule as I had not filled out the 21 pages of paperwork. Frustrating to be pushed off for another 2 months for paperwork that's so important, the office doesn't even send you an email or text reminder.
