Way too inconvenient. It took me months to get an appointment. I remember being told to fill out the new patient packet, but had, of course forgotten by the time the appointment came around. When I walked in I was told I would have to reschedule as I had not filled out the 21 pages of paperwork. Frustrating to be pushed off for another 2 months for paperwork that's so important, the office doesn't even send you an email or text reminder. I should have realized what I was getting into when none of the paperwork was available ... read more

My wife was a patient there. She died in April. They never sent a card or even acknowledged her death. All she ever did was prescribe more pain killers and opioids. Personally i have no respect for her or her office. They dont even accept insurance. Beware is all i can say.
Not often you run into a Dr Office with such a balanced feel of professionalism, cleanliness, and caring. I would recommend visiting and meeting with Them if they are allowing new patients..
