This is a beautiful space for yoga and I also did a treatment with Bill for my stiff neck. By the time I left my neck was moving freely with no stiffness at all. Very impressive. I can’t wait to see what else they have to offer.

I've known this lovely place quite a few years, since their Patterson days. The healing practices improve daily, the staff so knowledgeable, the environment warm and friendly.

I’ve been seeing Bill for a few years. He has helped me heal from a variety of issues ranging from major surgery recovery to things I thought I’d just always have to live with like ached and pains in my neck and shoulders to migraines. He is a great integrative therapist who uses a combination of cold laser therapy, ( not as scary as it sounds, its quick and totally painless and it actually relaxes you), to nutrition advice, to hands on massage and therapeutic touch.
