Fantastic experience with Nancy Joe at The Art of Hair... I am a newbie in town from Florida and finding someone to do your hair can be a challenge. Fortunately, she listened and did exactly what I wanted. She is also a joy to be around. Thank you Nancy!!
It's my second home
Nancy is absolutely amazing! She does exactly what I want everytime! I can show her any picture and she can do it..she also puts her own spin on things! I have never been disappointed in the 7 years I've been going to her. Also she is now located on Willow Ave. in the Salon Suites building.
