I’m very disappointed with my experience. Vivian closed her previous location, probably due to her poor reviews and the new place was no better . We had agreed on $90 for a root color over the phone, but when I arrived she never asked what I wanted. She went ahead and did a full head colour without my consent, then charged me $180. The attitude was bad, the colour result was poor, and the price list was a tiny sheet of paper that was hard to read and felt intentionally unclear.
