bad attitude and poor hairstyle,very angry!就是很差呀，然后他们家那个服务态度也特别的差，老板拽到不行，我都不知道到底我是客户还是他是客户，价格收的也比较贵，并且剪的连狗啃的都不如。给我看的照片跟实物捡起来差距特别特别大，然后也不知道在干什么。
Three of our friends visited this salon last week and it was the worst decision of our lives. They just destroyed our hair which will take at least 6 months to repair. I don't know what to say. If it was for ine person, i could understand that may be ine of the hair stylist was not okay. But for all of us? Unbelievable. Moreover when my friend was upset and asked her to fix her hair as much as possible the lady started behaving rude. Great service and reasonable price
Got a haircut there recently and the staff hardly communicated anything. There was no clarity on who was cutting my hair, not much consultation around what I would like or even the services they offer. Booked an appointment for a specific time and still had to wait. I would not recommend to those who’d like some suggestion or consultation about your hair. The service is not at all worth the price which is $57 for just a trim.
Changing stylist. For me, it was the initial ph call. Answers without an introduction. Had to ask x3 if they were TAO. If you don't want to work there, then simply move on. You have spoilt it for everyone
