Such an amazing experience! I was quickly made to feel comfortable and relaxed. I was able to let loose and enjoy my time. There was so much encouragement and love. I enjoyed myself immensely!
Melissa is the kindest person and works with each of her students to make them feel welcome and safe. Her classes and workshops have been amazing, life changing and she’s always willing to share all she knows while allowing you to move at your own pace… she truly is “the body whisperer” 😁 You just have to try a class and see for yourself! You won’t regret it
Melissa is any humans treasure! All living beings, young and old, will benefit from learning from this amazing human. She continues to impress with her drive for knowledge and her need to be empathetic to all who surround her. She will lead you on a body wisdom journey like no other. She listens with not only her eyes and ears but also with her heart. I am grateful for her classes and how much wisdom she brings to the dance floor. Try her classes. You will see.

I have been attending classes at The Art Of Feminine for about 8 years now. The space that Melissa has created is nurturing, accepting, empowering, full of love and full of AMAZING women.
