I had a great experience. Meg was extremely patient and very encouraging. It was my first time doing Pilates and I had no idea what to expect. Super cool atmosphere too. Highly recommend.

Meg Ryan is the BEST! She has been such a joy to work next to. She is a huge supporter of Belgrade and our local businesses. I have been lucky enough to be able to take Pilates with her for 6 years. I has been amazing for the back pain I was experiencing prior to seeing her. Pilates has enhanced my athletic ability, she pushes me when I need it and helps me understand my body alignment, how to move more functionally. If you have the opportunity to work with Meg, DO IT! It will change your life!
