I WANT THE MANAGER TO REVIEW THIS!! The audacity to be charged $20 for no shaping, no nail polish removal, just cuticle cleaning for my tiny nail bed is outrageous!!! NEVER COMING BACK. And then Linda at the front desk had the audacity to ask what about tips. Tips for what?! For cleaning my cuticle and buffing my nails?! She even had the nerve to shoutout to Helen who did the service, *She didn’t give you a tip*. A tip?! You’re kidding right?! She even made my nail bed bleed!!
Did not have a good experience. Won’t be going back and I’m pretty sure they over charged me because I wouldn’t leave a tip.
My nails have broken a few times and the staff can be pretty rude. They also over charge for any designs. It’s 15 extra just for a cat eye that takes 5 seconds in each nail.
I have been going to this nail salon for a few months now and specifically request, Yoselin. She is excellent. She is attuned to details and then does a great job with giving foot and leg massages. The front desk staff is super nice and always so friendly and helpful. The only suggestion I have is have all employees wear a basic uniform. One employee was wearing a Nirvana t-shirt and I thought she was a customer until she sat down to do someone's nails.
