Very organized and the communication was great! Ben and Beth were easy and a pleasure to work with!
Horrible experience- app was never updated with moving details, staff was unavailable through out the process, items were packed and repacked over 5 times during a week long move, Significant damage to furniture, 11 boxes and rug were never found.

Needed all items from a storage unit moved from NC to NJ, inclusive of packing certain furniture items for international shipping. Ben quickly and efficiently estimated weight and cost of services while Carla coordinated every step of the move itself including delivery to the international shippers. Both were fantastic, responsive, and extremely professional. Highly recommend.
From the initial consulting to the final follow up, I found the team to be very helpful and knowledgeable. The price was competitive. They were able to provide used boxes that I picked up from their local warehouse. I would definitely recommend using them for a long-distance move.
