Impossible to reach anyone, I called both direct lines and customer service lines morning noon and afternoon... I only got a reply morning of delivery (48 hours after I asked about rescheduling). The dispatcher said the shipment was already loaded and would still pass through my area, I replied that I will accept delivery. Then I wait around for the delivery in their time window just for nothing to arrive and them being completely unreachable throughout the day.
