Sadly this gym has potential and I live 10 minutes but let down by the lack of bad management and bullying by older middle age ‘ gym members ‘ hampstead precious ladies ‘ mostly from the classes that trounce in and take over the small gym ladies changing room like the own it ! as some even stare daggers while your getting changed through the mirror at you very odd and weird ! I remember coming in and asking how much a membership was and the person behind the desk wouldn't tell me he just asked useless unrelated questions, i felt like i wasn't wanted in their gym. Maybe you prefer whites only

Great Core class with Adam today. Perfect energy boost after a lazy weekend…those short, sharp Core sessions achieve a huge amount in just a short time!

I will soon be moving away from the area and will definitely miss my last 18months using the Armoury whilst living nearby! In that time, great improvement has been made to equipment. I particularly like the fact there is a peloton and a ladies sauna. The staff are really friendly as well and always happy to help. Thank you!
