With only one doctor and a growing number of patients to treat, the level of care is diminishing and there is no current effort being made to amend this situation. When concerns are presented to the doctor they are met with childish retaliation and public humiliation. It is heartbreaking to watch such potential be wasted on appearances and self-indulgence whilst the clinic remains in a constant downward spiral. Dr. Hubanak and his team take excellent care of our 15 year old cat, Connor. They are loving and kind, and have answered every call and concern we've had. We love them!

Everyone was so friendly and attentive. From the initial greeting, during the gathering of all her medical history, the thorough exam she received and the explanation and estimate of the teeth cleaning to be scheduled, I never once felt rushed or that my concerns weren’t being heard! I took my exotic pet here for the first time today after calling 20 other veterinarians that refused to see her. The staff and veterinarian were extremely kind compassionate and welcoming. I highly recommend this place!
