I had an amazing experience at Med Ark Spa! The staff was so welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in. They took the time to listen to my skin concerns and explained every step of the treatment clearly. My face has never looked or felt better it’s glowing, smooth, and refreshed! I had a small wart on my thumb. My dermatologist tried freezing it in the spring, but it came back. After hearing my dermatologist wasn’t available until mid January, I reached out to the Ark MedSpa for help. Denette put her plasma pen to work and burned it off. She took great care or me and made sure it was thoroughly numbed before beginning. She continued to make sure I was numb throughout the process. Always excellent service at the Ark Medspa. I would give them a 10 star rating if it was an option!!!!
Maggie was amazing! She was very informative and actually listened to what I wanted while giving great advice. This was my first time getting filler and she did a great job at keeping me comfortable during the whole process. Overall great experience:)
Jackie was wonderful. She is very thorough and has a way of making you feel comfortable. It was the best facial I have ever had and very relaxing too.
It’s been six days since my first Morpheus 8 treatment and I can already see improvement! I can’t say enough good things about Denette. She is very knowledgeable and professional with excellent bedside manners. During the treatment she consistently checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable and explained what to expect. I highly recommend her and have already referred someone to her.
