They offer personalized training for all levels and their encouragement keeps you motivated. Their top of the line equipment is easy to use and cleaned daily. Everything is well-maintained and modern. Highly recommend for anyone serious about fitness!
One of the best gyms I ever been to. I trained multiple commercial gyms and I got tired of crowded people plus people using their tripod to film. I can get my intense training session done at Ark Fit with their amazing machines and equipment. Staff here is amazing and I felt like I was there training with brothers and sisters of Christ! “Go to the Gym!” Has never been easier for me. I LOVE this Gym. Very good quality Atlantic equipment, clean, spacious, not crowded at all. The lighting is not bright like other gyms and puts you in a grind productive mood. The parking is easy, never an issue. I love coming here almost every day. Never had this desire in other gyms. It’s truly part of my life now and changed me for the better.
Clean gym, new equipment, and a great staff. Kevin and Donald are the best!
