Kevin’s class was wonderful - its perfect for all types, whether just starting out or a regular! You can adjust the exercises to your preference, and he gives great feedback!
I was a member of the gym for a month while I was visiting town before moving. Would highly recommend this gym if you are serious about transforming your body and getting as strong as possible. As soon as you walk in you feel like you are entering a luxury car. The equipment available at this gym is some of the best in the nation and it makes reaching your goals easier because of how effective they are. I’ve been attending Ark Fit since March 2024, but had to take a break in November 2024 due to a change in my work schedule. However, I missed it so much that I made time to fit it back into my routine. I absolutely love the friendly atmosphere, and the workouts are always enjoyable. Coach Stephanie is amazing—she always knows exactly what to say when I’m about to give up on a set, motivating me to finish my reps.
