Was very nice, they help a lot. One of the staff would make rude comments talking about her experience saying things like " At least my abuser was working" It didnt sit right with me and made me feel uncomfortable but another than that it is a great place.
Spoke to Amanda she was wonderful. Drove 200 miles only to call hotline with second shift person who was rude and didn’t want to be bothered. Yet another failed shelter in Texas only taking Government money and NOT doing their job.
