I had a very disappointing experience with this insurance agency. Once they secured my business, communication became extremely difficult. Phone calls and emails often went unanswered, and I felt completely ignored when I needed assistance. At renewal time, there appeared to be little effort made to review my options or find a more competitive bundle that fit my needs. Customer service and responsiveness are critical in the insurance industry, and unfortunately, this agency fell far short of my expectations.
I wish I had never trusted him with my business. I changed all my insurance to Goosehead under Anthony Arjoon’s care because I was referred to him. He let my one of my insurances lapse. There was a small balance left on a previous policy and instead of just paying it, or admitting the mistake and telling me to pay it. He continued telling me he was taking care of it.
