Highly recommend this facility. They have great engagement with residents. The administrator is very responsive and always available! I have zero complaints.
Asked staff to assist a resident to make sure she had a telephone and was greeted by a snarky rude front desk person. I would hope they treat the residences better than this person's attitude. I did not get a name or it would be on here.
My wife's mother was at the Aristocrat for three years. During that time each and everyone of the staff/caregivers treated her with the utmost respect and showered her with love. Our family knew that she was in a safe and secure place. Also that she was well taken care of. We never worried that she was wanting for anything. We are thankful that she was able to spend her last years with them. We highly recommend The Aristocrat to anyone who needs this type of living situation.
What a shame. These people will hire you to do a job for them and not pay you what you're worth. There is a saying, "how you do anything is how you do everything." And if lacking empathy for the people you work with and not pay them is how they treat someone I can only imagine how they treat their clients. You have been warned.
