I love The Arena! I moved to town last fall and have taken classes since joining and work out on my own as well. The classes are excellent! It's always challenging yet enjoyable and you leave feeling accomplished. Everyone here is so welcoming, helpful, and supportive; and the Coaching is outstanding. They genuinely care about each athlete. The nutrition program is excellent as well and they also have an In-Body machine. It's awesome to come in and workout on your own too!
