Had the best Laminated and arched brow experience! So happy to have found a local salon that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg like in the city!!
I’ve been coming here for almost a year. Today, 8/17 I came for a full face threading with wax for side burns. The lady did not understand me & proceeded to put wax on my face. I told her that I only wanted wax on side burns & threading on the rest of my face but she insisted on wax so I gave in. She ended up burning me!!!!!! She also did a TERRIBLE job on my side burns. This lady is new & needs to be fired. Extremely unsanitary as well as she used the same stick of wax on my face & didn’t switch it out.
I was iffy at first, but they did a wonderful job and have a customer that will return 10/10
I walked out with two very different eyebrows. They offered to fix it, but I had already lost my confidence. Drove myself to Wax, Thread & Scissors.
Disappointed in this place the girls was nice but they not doing no arches!!! I don’t know what tech I had but the job was horrible I didn’t even want her to play on my face again, and no I didn’t want her to attempt to fix it. I went in there with clear instructions clean up, not to thin on the end, with a arch I have thick eyebrows so when done correctly they look good… but I’ll never go back to this place.
