I moved out in April and have still not received the remainder of my deposit. When we moved, I was asked to pay the rent and electricity—I paid the rent and was told by a front desk staff member that the electricity could be deducted from my deposit. Based on that, we proceeded, and the documentation confirmed that the cost would be taken from my deposit, with $28 to be refunded to me. Tengo miedo. Cambiaron dueños en Enero y los nuevos dueños no le importan si el cliente estan sufriendo. Mi calientador no me siervio hasta el mes pasado y ya le dije *dos veces* pero anoche era 43 degrados en mi hogar. ~Fijate del foto!~ La clima va a seguir bajando. NO DEBES DE VIVIR AQUI, no te ayudan y no le importan el salud de la gente.
Haven’t been able to contact the office ; aren’t sure if they sold. We need to speak to them . Both the apartment . Com and official website doesn’t work .
Tiffanie is an incredible leasing agent who helped me find my home at The Arches. The apartments are in the perfect location regardless of if you have a car or are a commuter. There is a park, golf course, HEB, sonic, 7 eleven, and many cute restaraunts within walking distance. It is a very pleasant and quiet community and the property management team is top tier, especially considering the fact that they manage 5 properties!!!!!
