What an elevated neighborhood bistro with a warm, comforting, welcoming vibe! Jimmy, the professional bartender turned superb server for the evening was exceptional! The Archer is one of those spots that slowly draws you in with a good Instagram game for awhile, but it’s in a pretty weird and unassuming spot, so we didn’t get to go til we stayed in The Moxy nearby.
