Laundry locks constantly busted / broken. Plumbing problems every other week due to old, unreplaced pipes. Linoleum not set properly, so it crackles and snaps. Apparently the deck is a crime scene or something? It has police tape on it for whatever reason. The resident portal is down now (assuming permanently) so I can't check my current balance to figure out exactly how much I need to pay, nor can I pay online anymore because of it, which is a big problem for someone whose work is solely done through online transactions, so... read more

This is a place for you if you were desperate like me to find an apartment complex before the semester started. Management is terrible. Take note that when you do your move-in statement of all the defaults in the unit, they do not fix any of them. There are many bugs surrounding my unit and I had no screen for my patio to keep them out. When you finally liberate yourself from the lease, they will take some of your money to fix what was already filthy before you moved in.
