RecommendedMy first experience in Fresno, CA was at ARC Fresno. I was the project and contract developer and it was the most fulfillment event of my younger life! I had one young client there whom I had befriended and we became friends for life. over the past 35 years we have run into each other and the last time he yelled out to me, "I know you!" and that brought his adult tenders out of the office to see the ruccass. I had to explain our past encounters to them with delight. So ARC San Diego must be twice as fulfilling for anyone!
