This building is in a great location but it has very poor management. I have been living in this building for almost 4 years and every summer we have stressed because the central chiller is cut off and we don't have cooling in positive 30 degrees with high humidity. This building is not really recommended
Built in a good location and a good neighborhood but the worst management possible. There is a FALLING GLASS problem with the building that's been going on for about 2 years now! The management and the builders have done nothing to solve the problem. We are told to not use our balconies and the bbq area over the past 2 years.
