I've lived here for almost 2 years and I am satisfied. I have nothing negative to say - it is a gorgeous building, secure, and everything runs smoothly. I have lived in many buildings in downtown Vancouver, and living in the Arc has been one of my best experiences.
The management is not considering the 87 Nelson building, which has only two elevators, when sending staff to deliver cleaning supplies to the amenities on the 20th floor. Meanwhile, the adjacent 89 Nelson tower has three elevators, making it possible to lock one without significant disruption. However, the building management has chosen to lock an elevator in the 87 Nelson tower, which already has only two. This decision seems poorly thought out.
Great building. The staff working here are amazing. Manan the front desk manager making sure things are running smoothly, Ritu is a very hard worker, Nelson working hard cleaning. As the owner of one the units, there are some other names I don’t know but overall the team here are great. So much the building offers. $2.00 car wash, free coffee in the coffee lounge, glass swimming pool, hot tub, stream room, sauna, gym, party room for rent etc. you can’t go wrong living here.
