DO NOT RECOMMEND I’ve been here for almost 6 Months and breaking my lease already! These apartments are so raggedy and old and smell bad from plumbing! I can’t use my bathroom in my room cause it will overflow. Can’t even use the sink or dishwasher without it overflowing and toilet water getting on the carpet in my room!! Verified Renter Everyone here, every neighbor has been very polite and kind. I had my car hit and run in our parking lot. It was someone speeding through the parking lot way to fast and totaled my car. Realistically, putting way more speeding signs orneven speed bumps would really help. I am in building 48 and we need a few over here. I also did have some minor issues with noise after 10pm, and also I once had a Instacart order stolen from my porch before I could get to it. Verified Renter Of course this is only my first day. I absolutely love the layout of my apartment. I can tell the maintenance staff is extremely overworked and the few items I need fixed or repaired will get taken care of eventually. But nothing is an extreme emergency..
Verified Renter The staff is very warm and friendly. I love the amenities and look but I have a massive issue with maintenance. They don’t afford enough time to the jobs/work order. It’s like they just rush through. Maintenance definitely needs work but overall a nice place.

The response and resolution for maintenance issues, including emergencies, is SEVERELY lacking and often takes multiple reports and phone calls. Grounds are kept relatively clean. The dumpster area is always a mess and is littered with glass, nails/screws, and other debris. Trash Fairies are awesome and do an excellent job given the dumpster situation.
