Great place to call home. Excellent location. Clean, quiet and secure property. I lived at the Arbors for 2 years. The entire team from the leasing office to maintenance treated me like family. The living spaces are clean, spacious, comfortable, and priced better than anywhere else. I visited multiple places before settling on the Arbors and no comparison. During my interactions, I have found the property manager, Tina Mark, to be consistently unprofessional, condescending, and disrespectful in her communication with residents. I’ve lived here 2.5 years never had any problems. The management team is awesome! Any little normal issues that I’ve experienced they have taken take of them in less than 24 hours! Tina and her staff play no games when it comes to keeping this place peaceful and clean! Perfectly located in the middle of town! 2 mins to restaurants, grocery stores, the mall, I’m 8mins from work and 4 mins from church! Literally moving here was the best decision I’ve ever made.

From the Moment I contacted the Arbors they were helpful, understanding of me being in the military. The entire staff is unbelievable. If you want someone to treat you like family come here, the property manager will do anything for you, she is understanding of all things. You just have to speak to her! Janae is wonderful and great at her job. The guys complete work orders the same day! They are a family and treat you like family. You can’t go wrong moving here. I will return each time I’m back at Fort Hood!

All I can say is that my son and I absolutely love it here and highly recommend this place. Tina and Janae are the best and sweetest people I’ve ever met. They both have a great big heart of gold. And the maintenance guys are really great at there jobs and whenever there’s a problem there always there. We think of all of them as family and there like family too everyone that lives here.
