Not sure why are property manager was let go but, Tina is the only reason we've been a resident here for three years. If she's not in charge I don't recommend staying here.
I've lived at the Arbors for a year, and the entire staff was just wonderful. They treat you more like family than "regular residents". If you're looking for a great environment with peace and quiet, Arbors of Killeen is the complex you would want to be!!!! I have nothing but pleasant things to say about The Arbors! Whenever I’ve had an issue, Brittney, Tina, and the amazing maintenance staff are always on top of it. They are more than willing to accommodate and help in any way possible—they go above and beyond in my book. The grounds are always well-kept and clean. The community here is awesome, with very friendly neighbors! Both my husband and I love it here!
I came here to write a review about my experience at the Arbors. I just read the last reviews and this is absolutely not an accurate description. They send an email with what you need to do upon move out and that’s exactly what I did. I didn’t get charged a crazy about but definitely things I should have been charged for they explained when I moved in that it takes 2 months for the water bill to kick in and when I move out it will be 2 month in arrears. I live at the Arbors and i have been extremely impressed, the manager doesn’t play around and she expects everyone to act accordingly. She is available 24/7 and goes so far to keep this place safe. She cares more about the people that live in than she should. The place is safe and extremely nice. The manager is available anytime, i had a work order it’s completed the same day.
