I love this place!
My mom recently moved into Brookmeadow at Cobb Corner after a subpar experience at another senior living facility. I've been amazed with the care and support she has already received from the entire staff. Tani Bingham has been amazing. A special thank you to Allison Karsay for making the transition seamless. She has gone above and beyond!! I could not have done it without her.
This place needs to be reported for elder abuse. When the elderly patients slip and fall the staff are instructed to LEAVE THEM ON THE FLOOR and call 911. I know people who have responded to 911 calls here. The clinical staff are incompetent and the elderly patients here are at risk. Massive negligence.
On behalf of the Sharon Concert Band,the concert that we played was not only a complete success,it was a masterpiece of how a facility is beautifully managed,providing a loving environment with incredible staff and at the helm Michael and Allison who,with their talented staff,gave their residents a night they'll never forget.It was a cross between a wedding and a feast only found on the finest cruise ship. I moved into Brookmeadow at Cobb Corner a month ago and I've enjoyed their team based abroach to taking care of my needs. If one member of the staff couldn't directly help me, they made sure it was handed off to the correct person. Not having children or another close relative to assist, I had to manage a lot of the process myself. There was a fair amount of paperwork and pricing details as well that I was unfamiliar with.
