I have had good experiences here at the Arbors. Maintenance is always ready and willing to help. Richard is always friendly and checking on my mom and I. Appreciate the whole team!
Rich has always completed work orders for me when I need them done he and Stef take care of our property so well.
Maintenance is phenomenal. Aly and Heather are the best property and assistant property managers and they are fast about answering questions or if there is an issue going on they will take care of that issue within a good timely manner. The apartments its self is spacious and beautiful, even tho i have had some bug issues they were taken care by pest control and the office. I LOVE it here best home experience I’ve ever had easy access to a park, and dog park. The swings are very good and don’t make screeching noises and the people are very nice. And Rich is probably the most hardworking worker here he’s one of the only people I’ve never seen slacking and he’s very nice to me Etc. Overall great apartment. P.S give Rich a pay raise (:
