Fantastic apartment complex. Modern, clean building with a lot of extra services. Friendly helpful staff.
Spacious, well-maintained apartments, clean and comfortable common areas, unbeatable location, and extremely efficient and kind administrative staff. Maintenance responds quickly and professionally when needed. Security personnel frequently patrol the area, which makes it feel extra safe. I rented for 11 months, and my experience was excellent from beginning to end.
I lived at the arbor for a year and if I moved back to Columbus I’ll definitely live there again. The community is great, you get an organic fruit/vegetables box every month (one of my favorite things of living there) and the front desk team is so helpful. Location wise it has a gym right on the other side of the parking lot, A CVS, alchemy (super cool cafe) and many other things. Wow. Where do I start? This administrative team in the main office is the absolute best I've ever had. I've lived in 3 states and several places in ohio and I cannot even explain how much at ease these ladies made me feel living there for the last 4 years. I'd live there for 10+ years if I wasn't moving into my boyfriends condo. Anything that needed fixed, it gone done quick and efficiently.
