Zero stars for the nighttime concierge and new concierge “manager” here. These two personnel here NEEDS to be removed. My daughter lives in this luxury building with her roommates, paying rent upwards of 5000. She has told me the nighttime concierge is rude and unwelcoming on multiple occasions, and told my daughter she is “upsetting”— my daughter does not know this person. This building truly has it all. Beautiful design, thoughtful furnished lay outs, great amenities including a gym, tenant lounge and outdoor spaces. most importantly though, the building feels very secure and the doorman/security guards are great. There is nothing like it in the area!
