Current resident. I've never written a negative review in my life but feel the need to warn others. The place looks nice due to a facelift but its such a poorly built and poorly maintained building with AWFUL management. The floors and walls are so thin I can hear my neighbor snoring and every step my upstairs neighbor takes and the windows shake whenever any doors close.
