The maintenance team has been absolute rock stars — especially Ulrick, who has gone above and beyond to help me several times. He doesn’t just answer questions; he jumps right into action, which is such a relief. Michael, the maintenance man, is also incredibly efficient. The entire team has made this transition so smooth for me, and I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism.
We had a wonderful experience with Justin DeCaestecker and Nick — both were friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Justin guided us through the entire process and went above and beyond to make everything smooth and enjoyable. The building is clean, modern, and well-maintained, making it a great place to live.
