Very disappointed in this store. Washer stopped working Missed their 90 day warranty by a couple weeks and they really didn’t care to help. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Overall, we had a very bad experience with this company. In summary, their communication and customer service is very poor in terms of what they actually deliver and they repeatedly fumbled in keeping their word from delivery to the refund. Ultimately, we got a broken 2022 French door fridge model that they failed to fix and they opted to provide a full refund to our relief (their warranty small print on the receipt excludes it). Worst i show up ask about a washer and dryer they kick us out of the store and closed the doors asked about the finance i was aproved and told me i would have to do it all my own didn't help me at all
This place is a complete waste of time. Same prices as anywhere else.
Drove 40 mins to pick up stacked microwave/oven range combo unit. Before driving they said the unit didn't have any issues. When I arrived, the microwave door wouldn't open. When I noticed that, I asked why they didn't disclose the issue on the listing and didn't mention it on the phone when we asked to confirm operational condition. The lady that worked there claimed that the microwave requires it to be powered on in order to be able to open it, which is a complete and total lie! Thanks for wasting my time!
