I am updating my review! The store reached out to me and replaced the washer. They delivered it and took the other one back. My family and I appreciate the response! I hate the laundry mat! Very disappointed in this store. Washer stopped working Missed their 90 day warranty by a couple weeks and they really didn’t care to help. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Overall, we had a very bad experience with this company. In summary, their communication and customer service is very poor in terms of what they actually deliver and they repeatedly fumbled in keeping their word from delivery to the refund. Ultimately, we got a broken 2022 French door fridge model that they failed to fix and they opted to provide a full refund to our relief (their warranty small print on the receipt excludes it).
