There are several horrible reviews and let me add one more. In addition to being dishonest and unreliable they are incompetent. I paid them in advance before Christmas and they promised to return before New Year’s Eve to fix my Dacor tower fridge. It is now March and after three months and dozens of calls, multiple broken promises the fridge is not fixed and I am starting from scratch. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

If Sub Zero knew how these people treat their customers, they would not allow them to use their name on their ads. It's a shame that this is only company in SB that is supposed to be able to service Sub Zero's. I recommend that customers go directly to Sub Zero and get the service they need.

It has been over a month since I first contacted The Appliance Store, but my oven is still not fixed. They canceled and rescheduled 2 appointments and a third appointment was a no-show. Communication between the receptionist and the technicians is poor and between the receptionist and the customer is even worse. I have never dealt with the store that had worse customer service.

Worst customer service I've ever had. My oven's manufacturer contacted them to do a repair. They showed up to assess the problem then left saying they needed to order some parts. I haven't heard from them in over 3 weeks so I called back and they said the job was closed as they fixed the problem. After calling the manufacturer again they were able to get them the part and they came over to do the installation. The repair man stripped all the screws he needed to remove in order to replace the part so he left saying he needed ... read more
