The receptionist is fantastic! My fridge started having issues and when I called she was very friendly and worked the schedule around so it could be looked at that day. I had called several other places including sears (where I purchased said fridge) and they all told me it was going to be at least a week. The repairman also called ahead of time to give me a 15min heads up that they were on their way and he was very efficient and straight forward with us.
