The initial experience was great but things went south on trying to return an item. I had bought a microwave and the microwave I bought was an inch too small for the opening in my home. The next day I went to return with receipt and all. The received the microwave and stated the accountant would get in touch with me in a couple days. I attempted to call back and was given the run around. I still think the initial service and concept amazing. Buy at your own risk.
I got a washer and dryer from this place not even a week and both of them had issues. Instead of coming to repair the washer and dryer they just sent out a new set. When they sent out the new set the man told us he couldn’t leave us the dryer because it was messed up. Not only did both of the dryers not drain but they also mixed up the hot and cold hookups. This place is also called Moncrief Appliance LLC. I had to google the address from their business card to find this business page listed to leave a review. The owners of the house we’re renting purchased a washer and dryer set from this business June 3, 2025. Immediately the washing machine was leaking when they delivered the set. They said they would come back to repair it. They finally came back and picked it up on June 9 to repair it. It was then returned to us on June 11th.
